Child safety standards

Buzzie has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everything on Buzzie: profiles, photos, topics, comments, clubs, private messages, voice messages, calls and live rooms.

Buzzie is for adults only

You must be 18 or older to use Buzzie. Everyone confirms they are an adult and gives their date of birth when creating a profile, and the date of birth can't be changed later. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are removed.

What is never allowed

• Any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor, real or fictional, including drawings and AI-generated images.
• Sharing, requesting, linking to or trading child sexual abuse material.
• Grooming: building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes, or trying to move a minor to another app or meeting.
• Sextortion: threatening to share sexual images to get money, more images or anything else.
• Child trafficking, or advertising or soliciting minors in any way.
• Content that sexualises minors or encourages anyone to harm a child.

How to report a concern

• In the app: open the menu (the ⋮ or ⋯ button) on the profile, topic, comment or conversation and choose Report. Reports are private and reviewed by our team.
• By email: write to our child safety contact at contact@flowtechag.com. Please describe what you saw and where, but do not send us copies of abusive images.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

What we do

• We prioritise child safety reports and act on them as quickly as we can.
• We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We preserve the relevant evidence and report confirmed child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law-enforcement authorities, as required by law.
• We cooperate with law-enforcement requests made through proper legal channels.
